I would like to start this post off with an apology about the 4-day post absence. As all the American readers know, this past weekend was 4th of July weekend. For all the non-American readers who aren’t familiar with July 4th, it is the time to celebrate American independence by getting drunk, grilling 3 cows worth of hamburger patties and blowing off appendages.
